I contacted Wes and from the first conversation until the install was complete we were pleased. He answered all our questions and was patient with me when deciding where to put the units. He came to our house on Sunday to see what we would need. Gave me price on Tuesday and install was complete on Saturday. Great service!!!

2026 didn’t start off too good with well pump failure and a boiler failure for heat. Wes was super quick to respond, properly assess the situation and fix the problems the right way the first time (we did our hot water heater too proactively). Communication was excellent and he eased the pain of dealing with these unexpected issues. Highly recommend Wes for anything heating and plumbing related.

We had spent 3 weeks with barely any water. Two other plumbers either didnt have the proper equipment or didn't get back to us. We thankfully got Wes' number and even tho his home base is many miles from us, he was here quite quickly. He replaced our bladder tank, at our request, but then realized the problem was our well. In freezing February with snow and ice on our mtn, Wes and his team replaced our well pump. THEN, a day later, from use of minimal water, our septic pipe had frozen. He was RIGHT BACK to save us once again. Thanks to WDM... awesome job!!!!
